You will need the following ingredients:
1 cup Plain flour 1/2 cup Wholemeal flour 1 pch Salt 1 x Egg 100 ml Yoghurt 2 tbl Olive oil 1 tsp Water 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Curry powder
Cooking Procedure Is As Follows:
In a mixing bowl combine the flours with the cumin and curry powder. Make a well in the middle and add the salt, egg, yoghurt, oil and water and mix to a smooth dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then allow to rest for 30 minutes.
